Then the idea for the development of a Filipino- French language section became our principal motivation. Most peoples from the Philippines have their own dialect, like the Cebuano or the Maranao and Tagalog but Filipino are extremely gifted for the languages and it happened sometimes to find a person from the Philippines talking many different languages including the Spanish and French.
